How Sylvie works
1 Sourcing
The Sylvie process begins with our team of curators embarking on journeys to distant lands. Sylvie has forged connections with dealers, collectors, secretive fairs and estate sales near and far, granting them access to rarities before they get picked over.
2 Prepping
Once our finds have arrived at the estate, every piece we offer is dusted off and hand-inspected, and comes with a promise of a care, age, quality, and enduring charm. Oh, and a story.
3 Previewing
Once Sylvie has thoughtfully curated a collection, we will announce a date for when it will be available for purchase. 2 days prior to the collection release, a preview will be unveiled which will include all the details including pictures, price, dimensions, age, origin and its story.
4 Opening
Our curated collections become available when the online doors swing open promptly at 5PM PT and will welcome visitors for a full 24-hour period. Our finds sell quickly, so we suggest checking out swiftly on release day.
5 Shipping
From Sylvie's estate to your home, everything is hand-packed with the utmost care and attention to detail, and shipped directly to your door. Your story starts at the unboxing.
