Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing you with the most cost-effective shipping options available. We strive to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly and safely, using the most affordable shipping provider that meets your needs. Sylvie offers US nationwide* shipping for all orders unless oversized and certain weights.

*Nationwide shipping excludes HI, AK, PR, GU

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping: We use various shipping carriers to offer you the best rates and delivery times. The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on the most affordable option available at the time of shipping.
  • Freight Shipping: For oversized and heavy pieces, Sylvie offers scheduled freight delivery. Freight deliveries typically take between 7-10 business days to arrive. Please note that freight delivery requires a delivery appointment and a signature upon delivery. We currently offer the following freight service:
    • Threshold - Inside delivery through main entry
    • White Glove - Inside delivery to the location of your choice, unpack and debris removal. This also includes a two man team.

Shipping Times

  • Standard shipping times typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier selected.
  • Freight shipping times will be communicated to you at the time of purchase, as they can vary based on the nature and destination of the shipment.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Local Pickup Options

  • Limited local pick up options may be available.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns. All Sylvie orders are final.

Damages and Issues

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect their pieces upon receipt to notice any damage incurred during transit. We are not responsible for any damages incurred after items leave our manufacturer or warehouse where applicable. Nevertheless, please document any signs of transit damage and contact us immediately at [email protected] so that we may file claims with the responsible carrier.
