Like many antique wood pieces, this Doughbowl has evidence of previous wood worm holes and minor stains and scrapes.

Sylvie came across this impressive French doughbowl at a brocante in Barjac, where a pair of German sellers shared its long journey. Carved from a single piece of wood, it was once used in a bustling farmhouse kitchen, where daily bread was kneaded and prepared with care.
