19th C. Cabinet
France, 19th Century
$895
This 19th-century cabinet, once a baker’s grain box, is the kind of rare find that makes you do a double take. The hinged lid opens to reveal a spacious interior, originally used for storing grain, while the sliding tray at the bottom was crafted for clearing crumbs from freshly baked loaves. Sylvie loves it as a storage piece in a kitchen, a charming bar cabinet, or even an unexpected side table.

Notes from Sylvie:
The cabinet lid opens and the bottom drawer pulls out. The wood is worn and aged and shows evidence of past post beetle holes.
