Discovered in Lille, this tall mirror carries its own lumière, a slim brass lamp arched across the top to cast a glow straight down the glass. It stands on a brass frame that scrolls into curls at each foot, a narrow shelf crossing the base. Most mirrors borrow their light from the nearest window, and this one makes its own, so the reflection stays warm long after the sun has left the room. Sylvie would set it in a corner of the bedroom, lit for the last look before you leave and the first one when you come home.

Notes from Sylvie:
Dear collector, this piece has lived a long life and may show light scratches, darkened spotting, and the occasional chip or crack, with glass that may have been replaced along the way.
