Walnut Shelf

A small but mighty walnut shelf that proves good storage does not need to sprawl. Found in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, it has a warm, well-used finish and a satisfying mix of drawers and open shelves that make it far more useful than its compact footprint suggests. Originally part of a workroom setup, it was built for keeping tools and papers in order, which is exactly why Sylvie keeps one like it next to her desk. She also loves it beside a reading chair with magazines on the lower shelf and a bowl of chocolates on top.
