Primitive Cutting Board

This 20th century primitive cutting board, discovered in Avignon, is as authentic as it gets. Hand-hewn and perfectly imperfect, its surface bears the marks of generations of use. The oversized scale and weathered wood speak to its long history in the heart of a French kitchen. Style it leaned against a wall or as a functional centerpiece for serving.
