We nearly cried when we found this one. A true Savoie jam pot, crafted around 1880 and very hard to come by. Once staples of the 19th-century kitchen, they stored jams and marmalades, their sturdy stoneware bodies built to last. The soft yellow glaze has worn in all the right ways, the kind of patina that only comes with time. Today, they’re just as at home holding wooden kitchen spoons or simply sitting pretty on a shelf. A rare find, and one we won’t get over anytime soon.
