We found this in Lyon and knew exactly what it needed to become. Once a 19th-century coal bucket, this hand-hammered copper piece, with its brass handle and paw feet, was built for the hearth. The form is sculptural, the patina is honest, and the proportions are near perfect. Sylvie reimagined it in the kitchen, overflowing with fruit, or as a standalone accent on any table that needs a little bit of French charm.
