Long, low, and made to be passed without ceremony. From the Bordeaux region and dating to the late 19th century, this “Bryonia” serving platter comes out of the Sarreguemines workshops, produced in sturdy terre de fer for everyday French tables. The elongated form is framed with that soft lavender vine pattern - trailing leaves and florals that move gently along the rim - while the wide, open center shows the quiet wear of years of serving. Sylvie keeps it at the center of the table, piled high with todays market finds.
