Found in Béziers and sanded back completely to a pale raw finish, it shows off the solid wood beneath, along with a few deep surface gouges that tell you it earned its keep. The trestle construction comes apart into legs, stretcher, and pins, and the legs are securely bolted to the top in the traditional way.
