French Soup Toureen - Small

France, 19th Century

$195

Antique

One-Of-A-Kind

Exactly As Pictured

A tureen like this one feels straight out of a French country kitchen where broths simmered slowly and were carried to the table in vessels built for real family meals. Originally used to serve soups and stews in generous portions, its rounded pedestal base and sturdy side handles made it easy to lift and pass around without fuss. Sylvie loves it now for serving a family sized pot of soup or for anchoring the center of a table with something warm and homey. Exactly as pictured.

Minor variations from the images may occur unless otherwise noted. All sales are final.
