Let us help you pick your jaw off the ground. This 19th-century coffee table was found in Avignon and feels like it never left the room it was made for. The long plank top sits close to the ground and features two substantial drawers across the front, the kind that kept letters, books and matches. It would have sat beside a settee near the fire, used in the evenings more than the mornings. Sylvie styles it low and lived-in with a small stack of books, a dish and a candle burned halfway down.
