One-Of-A-Kind

Cantor stools, or tabourets de chantre, originated in 17th-century France as functional seating for church cantors during services. Crafted from sturdy oak, these stools feature a distinctive arch shape with a flat back, allowing them to sit flush against choir stalls or walls. Sylvie loves to use them as side tables flanking a sofa, positioned in an entryway, or placed beside a bed.

Minor variations from the images may occur unless otherwise noted. All sales are final.
