Although we don't have the exact history of this piece, we were told it was most likely salvaged from a well-to-do French estate. Hand carvings of animals decorate each corner of this piece of architectural salvage. We are sure of one thing, this wont be in anyone else's home. This can't be duped and this is a piece of French folklore. Sylvie adores this piece as a candle riser or display piece for your prized possessions.
