Vintage Shell Dish - III

This French ceramic shell dish has the soft ridges and gently scalloped edge you expect from old coastal pottery, the kind of piece that always finds a job. Collected piece by piece across the French countryside. Deep and generous enough for a bowl of cherries on the table, a pile of figs at lunch, or a scoop of soap and a sea sponge by the bath.
