Once used in the dressmaking workshops of Catalonia, Spain, this 19th-century draper’s table has lived a storied life, eventually making its way to Béziers, where we discovered it. Designed with a wide work surface and a unique lower platform, it offers both form and function. Sylvie loves this show stopper as a console table or kitchen table with open storage for pots, pans and dry goods.

Like many antique wood pieces, this table has evidence of previous wood worm holes and has been repaired in the past. It has cracks, patina and stains, but we think that only adds to its character.
