Saint Uze Confit Pot
France, 20th Century
$325
Saint-Uze pottery, known as Bleus de Saint-Uze, hails from the Drôme region of France and was first produced in the early 1800s. Characterized by its signature cobalt-blue decoration on creamy earthenware, it was once a staple in rural kitchens - now a favorite among collectors. Sylvie found this in Pezanes and would give this one new life as a flower vase on the kitchen counter or as a striking utensil holder beside the stove.
