There’s something a little magical about this one. Found in Marseille and dating to the 1970's, this rare woven lamp is all rounded form and beautifully varied texture, with thick braided bands wrapped against finer open weave so the whole piece glows differently from every angle. It has been rewired for the US, ready to plug in and use, and when lit it throws the kind of warm, dappled light that makes everything around it look better. Sylvie loves it on a bedside table or tucked into a darker corner that wants a softer kind of light.
