Found in Uzès and built in the 20th century from solid hardwood, it was likely once used in a farmhouse kitchen or tucked beside a bed in a Provençal guest room. The original finish has been sanded back to reveal the pale raw wood beneath, highlighting the soft grain and honest wear. Sylvie likes it next to a couch or bed, where its shape can shine without trying too hard.
