Straight from the fields of Pézenas, this hand-woven basket once made the rounds for berry picking. Its weave is thick, uneven in the best way, with a single sturdy handle that’s seen plenty of summers. The patina is all natural — years of use under sun and shade. Sylvie likes hers piled high with linens in the kitchen, but it looks just as good left empty on a table, handle arched like a little piece of sculpture.
