Found in Lyon, this 20th-century concrete planter has a wide, flared shape and a clean curve that plays well with sunlight. The surface is worn and matte, with just enough texture to show its age. Sylvie fills hers with mint, peonies, or lets it sit empty on the patio. It holds its own either way.
