Walnut stool

Found at a street market in Lyon, this mid-century French stool is carved from solid walnut with three bold, tapered legs and a smooth, rounded seat. Its simple form shows off the quality of the wood and the clean lines of the era. Sylvie would pull it up beside a reading chair, use it as a low table, or let it stand on its own.
