One-Of-A-Kind

A table that’s clearly seen a few good pours. Found in Béziers and dating to the early 1900s, this French wine-tasting table features a round top marked with old stains and bordered by hand-forged nails, signs of countless vineyard gatherings. Originally designed to fold flat and store in busy Bordeaux wineries after tastings, it now works beautifully as a small breakfast table or as an entryway piece layered with books, a vase, and the day’s mail.

Minor variations from the images may occur unless otherwise noted. All sales are final.

As with many antiques, this piece may show gentle repairs, cracks, scratches, holes, years worth of patina, and stains - just the way we like it. Because of its moving mechanism these tables tend to have a bit of a wiggle to them, they are still perfectly functional though.
