This beautifully worn pieces has glaze chips throughout the surface, base and rim and has a chipped hole in the bottom that is useful for drainage.

We discovered this green-glazed planter at a street market in the heart of Carpentras. Apparently the pot had spent decades in a quiet Provençal garden, weathering the elements with grace. The pot's chipped exterior glaze tells the story of time passing and winter winds beating at its sides. The pot has a significant hole in bottom, likely formed over years of watering and wear which actually makes it perfect to house a plant and adds unexpected utility for drainage.
