Paper Mache Vase - Large

This beautiful, yet simple Indian vintage vessel looks like it is made of clay, but in fact it's made of paper maché. Paper maché is a very popular material used in the Nagaland region of India because of its strength, however it is very light weight. Discarded paper products are recycled and crafted into these unique vessels, then a whitewashed finish is applied. Add to any table top or shelf and use as a simple vase to hold your freshly cut stems.
