Saint Uze Teapot

France, 19th Century

$145

Ooh la la! Found in Uzès, this Saint-Uze teapot is all soft curves and inky blue florals, finished in that chalky, slightly speckled glaze the Drôme region is known for. The best part is the one-sided handle, a little quirky and oddly elegant, paired with a tidy spout and domed lid that feels like it was made for slow mornings. Originally meant for tea service on a farmhouse table, it’s just as perfect now for styling as a small vase with a few clipped stems, or as a main flourish for a kids pretend tea party
