Handmade in Southern Italy, we discovered this terracotta jar from an Italian dealer passing through the South of France. The earthen surface is layered with time - darkened, weathered, and textured with the marks of age. Its classic amphora shape, with small handles at the sides, speaks to its utilitarian past, once used for storing olive oil or grains.
