Its slight tilt, a testament to its age and storied past, only adds to its unique character and charm. Catalonia, a region rich in history and culture, has long been known for its distinct identity within Spain. From its medieval origins as a powerful principality to its modern-day status as an autonomous community, Catalonia has preserved its unique traditions and language.

A key feature of the Catalonian countryside is the Masia, traditional farmhouses dating back centuries, often serving as the heart of agricultural life. These stone-built structures, with their thick walls and rustic charm, were designed to be self-sufficient, housing families, livestock, and crops under one roof.

This particular item was unearthed in a 1750 Masia, a place steeped in history, where generations have passed down stories and traditions, making it a true artifact of Catalonia’s enduring heritage.
