Jaw on ground. This little three-legged wonder is a French triangle rush stool, rare in form and beautifully preserved from the early 20th century. Its hand-woven rush seat, still tightly bound, pairs with turned oak legs that give it sturdiness. Sylvie likes to slip one beside a bed or tuck it under a console, where its compact size and sculptural shape feel almost too good to be just a stool.
