Fruit Basket

A wire basket with the confidence of a sculpture. Found in Montpellier and originally from a home in Marseille, this painted metal basket was crafted from twisted wire with a flared pedestal and zigzag edge. The design feels playful yet deliberate, the kind of everyday object that quietly doubles as art. Once piled with fruit in a Provençal kitchen, it still catches the light beautifully.
