This northern Italian cupboard is a true masterpiece. It features two upper drawers once held kitchen tools and linens, and the tall cabinet below stored everything from pantry staples to everyday ceramics.The chevron-slatted panels feel unmistakably Italian and give the front a bit of movement. Sylvie likes this one in a dining room or kitchen as a storage anchor, especially since the proportions make it just as useful for modern serveware as it once was for a farmhouse kitchen.

This piece has traces of previous finish, though now its mostly raw sanded wood. the drawers and shelves were previously lined with paper, some small scraps remain behind. As with many antiques, this piece may show gentle repairs, cracks, scratches, holes, years worth of patina, and stains - just the way we like it.
