A true Sylvie favorite. From Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, this antique French tian comes out of the kitchens of Provence, where pieces like this stayed in constant rotation - used for slow-cooked vegetables, setting cream, or mixing whatever the day called for. The wide, open form isn’t decorative, it’s deliberate, built to give ingredients space and heat to move. The yellow glazed interior shows the marks of years of stirring and serving, while the exterior keeps that raw, chalky finish typical of regional earthenware. Sylvie keeps it out on the counter, filled with the days freshest produce from the farmers market.
