A long French farm bench with beautifully curved ends, one curved and one side and finely joined wood, built to last through generations of use. Found just outside of Avignon, it features a narrow profile making it easy to slide along a dining table, rest at the foot of a bed, or settle into an entryway with a row of shoes beneath it. Sturdy, simple, and full of character. Two available, sold separately.

This bench is in remarkably good shape, but, like many antique wood pieces, this bench has evidence of previous wood worm holes. It has very minor cracks, patina and stains, but we think that only adds to its character.
